2 recent incidents in my local area.
1. A man was tending his front garden his baby in a pram.He went inside his house to get something.When he emerged several seconds later a man of "foreign appearance" was exiting via his garden gate onto the street with the baby in his arms.Being young he soon caught and overpowered the foreigner and reclaimed his baby.The police were called and arrested the foreigner.Knowing our British justice system he will no doubt move in as a new neighbour next week.
2.A teenage girl got off a train at our local rail station and made her way onto the street outside with other passengers.She became aware of a black man following close behind her attempting to make conversation and generally harrassing her.Fearing for her safety she had the sense to walk into the local Working Man's Club where he followed her.As it happened the local rugby team were celebrating a recent victory.How can I put it? Some team members escorted the black man back to the station where they helped him onto the next train to arrive.Destination unknown.
