The POST changed the graphing color to indicate a NUTERAL ENSO as being a big warm up.  Deceptions are all they have...  Only Alarmists think it will warm up fast.  The empirical evidence shows we may not even breach neutral before cooling again.

It is at -.18 Neutral begins at -.10 This it is currently a weak La-Nina.
